"The District Disaster Management Authority in Muzaffargarh, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of firms, companies, and general order suppliers for the upcoming 2026 flood and monsoon season. This procurement, conducted through the EPADS system under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, covers eleven critical lots including food hampers, cooked meals, animal fodder, and essential non-food items such as tents, mosquito nets, and life jackets. The scope also extends to services including the provision of transport vehicles for relief goods, catering for camp establishments, and the setup of marquees with full accessories. With a total estimated cost exceeding 590 million Rupees, the authority seeks experienced vendors capable of managing large-scale disaster relief logistics. Applicants must be registered with the FBR and PRA and maintain an active taxpayer status. Technical proposals along with a three percent bid security must be submitted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal by 02:00 PM on 20 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 02:30 PM the same day.
