Procurement of Spares and Components by Avionics Production Factory PAC Kamra

Avionics Production Factory (APF) PAC Kamra invites sealed tenders from sales tax registered firms for the procurement of spares, components, consumable items and mechanical parts on a FOR Kamra basis in local currency. Seven separate tender packages are being issued with a total of 122 line items across procurement of spares (14 items, PC-285/26), spares (10 items, PC-288/26), consumable spares (14 items, PC-289/26), components and mechanical items (22 items, PC-290/26), components (26 items, PC-291/26), components (15 items, PC-293/26), and consumables (21 items, PC-294/26). The factory is located in Kamra, Attock District, Punjab. Complete itemised lists for each tender are enclosed with the notice, and all quotations must include technical literature and brochures specific to each line item. Separate quotations against each tender package are compulsory.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and submit earnest money of Rs 200,000.00 per tender in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of CMA (ISOs) Rawalpindi. A Challan Form No. F-32A of Rs 200.00 must be obtained from SBP or Government Treasury under the specified main head and submitted with the technical offer. All bidders are required to provide the country or place of manufacture of the quoted items. Quotations are valid for 90 days from the opening date. Quoted prices must be inclusive of all government taxes, with GST stated separately; if not separately mentioned, GST will be considered as included in the quoted price.

Original sealed quotations must reach the Factory Reception Room at Avionics Production Factory, Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra–Distt. Attock, before 13 August 2026 at 1130 hours. Technical offers will be opened on 13 August 2026 at 1200 hours in the presence of available representatives; the date for opening commercial offers will be communicated to successful firms. No quotations in photocopy, fax or received after the deadline will be accepted. Bidders must clearly mention delivery period, which should be realistic to ensure completion within the current financial year. The factory reserves the right to reject all bids on technical grounds.
