The Youth Affairs Department in Gilgit, Gilgit Baltistan invites sealed and signed tenders from scheduled banks for the investment of the Endowment Fund under the Chief Minister's Self-Employment Interest Free Youth Loan Scheme. This opportunity is open to both public and private scheduled banks functioning within Gilgit Baltistan, provided they maintain a sound financial position with a minimum A rating or equivalent, including the Karakoram Cooperative Bank Limited (KCBL). The bidding process will follow the Gilgit Baltistan PPRA Rules 2022, specifically adopting the single stage one envelope method for competitive evaluation. Interested financial institutions must obtain the official bidding documents from the Directorate of Youth Affairs near the Sports Complex in Jutial, Gilgit, by submitting a written application on their official letterhead. Prepared bids must reach the Assistant Director's office by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026. The technical and financial opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of participating bidders to ensure transparency in the selection of the investment partner.
