DIG Police Gilgit is seeking transport repair and spare parts supply for the 2026-27 financial year with a Rs. 100,000 call deposit. This appears to be a recurring annual contract for ongoing police fleet maintenance in Gilgit. Bidders must demonstrate three years minimum experience with documented supply orders, own workshop facilities, and provide recent bank statements. The requirement for scheduled bank guarantee and experience documentation suggests a moderately formalized procurement. Key competition risk: rejection of bids with rates deemed unrealistically low versus market comparables.
Who can bid: Eligible bidders must be reputed registered Government firms or authorized dealers with own shop and three years documented supply order experience in transport repair. Bank statements for last one year and GB Finance Act-2024 document fee payment required. Firms with less than three years similar work experience are ineligible. Bidders should typically hold valid NTN and relevant business registration.
