Description / Scope of Work
The Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites expressions of interest from eligible and experienced law firms to provide consultancy services for resolving issues related to twenty-one immovable properties. These properties are located across multiple major cities including Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta. The primary scope involves coordinating with various authorities to rectify documentation and compliance issues, making the assets ready for immediate sale. Interested firms must be licensed law firms with at least ten years of standing and proven expertise in Pakistani property law, asset transfer procedures, and public sector asset disposals. The selection process follows the single-stage one-envelope procedure using the Quality and Cost Based Selection method, with weightage distributed between technical and financial scores. Proposals must include a non-refundable tender fee of fifteen thousand Rupees and a bid security of two million Rupees. All applications and supporting documents must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026.
