For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

UNDP is recruiting a Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Specialist for a five-month consultancy covering 105 working days. This is a discrete, non-recurring assignment restricted to Pakistani nationals, likely supporting a specific programme phase or evaluation cycle. The five-month timeframe suggests moderate scope; the portal-based submission requirement means early registration is essential. Consultants should emphasize M&E methodology, report writing and development sector familiarity in proposals.

Who can bid: Pakistan nationals only. Candidates must register with the UNDP Quantum supplier portal before submission. Typically, individual consultants must hold valid Pakistani identity documents, possess relevant professional qualifications, and meet UNDP's code of conduct standards. No specific PEC or SECP registration appears mandated for this consultant role.
