The Sukkur Electric Power Company in Sukkur, Sindh invites sealed bids for the comprehensive outsourcing of manpower to support its regional operations. This significant procurement effort aims to engage approximately 300 personnel, specifically divided into 200 technical staff members and 100 non-technical resources. Technical personnel will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of lines and equipment, while non-technical staff will assist with billing, recovery, and consumer facilitation across districts including Sukkur, Larkana, and Dadu. Eligible firms must possess at least three years of experience in human resource outsourcing and maintain a minimum annual turnover of 300 million Rupees. Participation requires valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue, SECP, EOBI, and SESSI. The selection process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Quality and Cost Based Selection method. Interested bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 10:00 AM on 19 May 2026, accompanied by the required bid security for each category.
