Hiring of Additional Manpower, Vehicles and Machinery for Desilting of Waste Water Drains by WSSCM

Water and Sanitation Services Company Mardan (WSSCM), a government entity in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed electronic tenders through the EPADS platform for hiring of additional manpower, vehicles and machinery required for desilting of waste water drains before the monsoon season in Mardan. This procurement is conducted under KPPRA procurement rules 2014 using the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. The tender is open to suppliers, contractors, firms and service providers with relevant experience in providing manpower, vehicles and machinery who maintain active registration with Income Tax and KPRA Sales Taxes on the Active Taxpayers List for all applicable taxes.

Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal at kp.eprocure.gov.pk. A two percent bid security of the total quoted amount is mandatory and must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, WSSC Mardan. The original bid security in a sealed envelope must be physically delivered to WSSCM's address at Mayar Road near New Police Lines, Mardan before the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit the original bid security within the deadline will result in automatic bid rejection under KPPRA rules and applicable S.R.O. 29 dated 29 October 2025.

All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS on or before 31st July 2026 at 03:00 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of participating bidders or their representatives. Bid documents must be properly paginated, sequenced and signed by authorized personnel; incomplete or conditional bids will not be accepted.
