Description / Scope of Work
The National Database and Registration Authority in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids for the procurement of land or plots for eight NADRA Registration Centers across various districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The specific locations required include Charsadda, Swabi, Chota Lahor, Mansehra, Nowshera, Peshawar, Swat, and Mardan. Most locations require a land size of 20 to 40 Marla, with the exception of Chota Lahor which requires 10 to 20 Marla. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be the legal owners of the land with clear titles, free from all litigation and encumbrances. The plots must be situated in commercially used areas with easy public transport access and mandatory WAPDA electricity availability. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals separately to the Regional Head Office in Peshawar. The deadline for submission is 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, with the technical bid opening occurring shortly after at 11:30 AM.
