For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NADRA is acquiring land/plots in Rawat Industrial Area, Rawalpindi for FY 2026-27—likely a corporate real estate expansion or facility development initiative.
This is a one-off property purchase using LCBS (price-competitive), suggesting NADRA has predetermined specifications and seeks best value rather than technical differentiation. The 30-month timeline suggests deliberate planning. Bidders must be EPADS-registered; the property focus and federal procurement rules indicate this favors established real estate entities with institutional credibility.
Who can bid: Typically, bidders must hold valid NTN and SECP registration. NADRA specifies mandatory EPADS v2.0 registration to participate. No PEC category applies (property, not construction). Bid security (pay order or declaration) required. Specific eligibility criteria are detailed in full bidding documents on EPADS; review those terms before bidding.
