Construction of Drainage works and Rectification of Black top of Service road for Marine Drive Opposite GDA Office Gwadar (0.75Km)

The Gwadar Development Authority in Gwadar, Balochistan invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of drainage works and the rectification of the black top service road located at Marine Drive, opposite the GDA Office. This infrastructure project covers a length of 0.75 kilometers and is based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023. The estimated cost for the work is approximately 14.4 million Rupees. To qualify for the project, bidding firms must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, appear on the Active Taxpayer List, and demonstrate a financial turnover of at least 10 million Rupees. Furthermore, applicants must provide proof of completing at least two assignments of a similar nature and ensure they are not blacklisted by any procuring agency.
