Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Ghotki in Mirpur Mathelo, Sindh invites sealed e-bids for the construction of drainage systems and tuff tiles for various Muhallas of Bharchundi Sharif within Taluka Daharki. This development project, identified under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) schemes for 2025-26, carries an estimated cost of 100 million Rupees. The scope of work includes surface drains, paver block installation, and associated civil works as detailed in the bidding documents. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category CE-10 for the year 2025-26 and must be on the active taxpayer list of the FBR and SRB. Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid security of the estimated cost and a tender fee of 5,000 Rupees. The project has a defined completion period of 24 months. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal by 10:30 AM on 12 May 2026, with the public bid opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
