The Services, General Administration and Coordination Department in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the high-security armoring of one Toyota Land Cruiser LC-300. This critical procurement project requires the vehicle to be upgraded to a B6+ bomb-proof protection level, ensuring maximum safety against ballistic and blast threats. The scope of work involves comprehensive modifications including the installation of B6+ level transparent armor with anti-spall shields, upgraded heavy-duty suspension systems such as King's brand, and high-performance braking systems featuring 6-piston calipers. Additionally, the vehicle must be equipped with multi-ply rigid floor protection designed to withstand DM-51 grenades and specialized run-flat tyre systems. Eligibility is restricted to firms with a minimum of twelve years of experience in the armoring industry and valid authorization from the Ministry of Interior. Interested bidders must provide a fixed bid security of one million Rupees and submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS portal. All electronic submissions must be completed by 2:30 PM on 13 May 2026, followed by a formal opening of bids at 3:00 PM on the same day.
