Electric Vehicle Procurement by SSGC Procurement Department

The SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services related to electric vehicle procurement under reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/NR/2176222 with project code P69317. The tender is for FY 2026-27 and will be executed in Sindh province. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.

Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration as per prescribed formats. All bidders are expected to comply with the General and Special Conditions of Contract and meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding document.

Bid documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/69317. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM.
