The Karachi Development Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites interested parties to an open public auction for the disposal of various unserviceable machineries, heavy vehicles, and scrap materials. The auction items are located across multiple sites including the Pre-stressed Pipe Factory on Stadium Road, the Sohrab Goth Workshop, and the Asphalt Plant on the Super Highway. The extensive list of equipment available for bidding includes loading cranes, bulldozers, motor graders, road rollers, and a variety of scraped vehicles and bridge components. The public auction is scheduled to take place at the Pre-stressed Pipe Factory from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on May 13th and 14th, 2026. Participants must submit a pay order as token money ranging from one hundred thousand to five hundred thousand Rupees depending on the lot. Successful bidders are required to pay twenty-five percent of the total cost at the fall of the hammer, with the remaining balance due within one month of confirmation. Potential buyers can inspect the materials at their respective locations starting from May 5th until May 7th, 2026, during standard office hours by coordinating with the nominated focal persons.
