The Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids for the auction of toll tax collection rights for the fiscal year 2026 to 2027. This procurement covers four major toll stations including Darya Khan Bridge, Chashma Toll Plaza, Kohat-Hangu-Thall-Parachinar Road, and the Tajazai-Lakki-Daratang section. Eligible bidders must be contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the Operators Category for 2026 and must appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process requires a two percent earnest money deposit and a ten percent performance security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. A non-refundable registration fee of twenty thousand Rupees and a tender entry fee of five thousand Rupees are also mandatory. Proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes via courier or urgent mail service. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 7 May 2026 to address any technical clarifications. The final deadline for the electronic and physical submission of bids is 12:00 PM on 14 May 2026 with opening scheduled for the same day.
