The Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the hiring of professional courier services for the fiscal year 2025-26. This procurement process aims to secure reliable delivery services for various consignments, including critical IT equipment such as laptops, servers, and LCD monitors, between PRAL offices across Pakistan. The contract is initially for one year with the possibility of an extension for up to two additional years based on satisfactory performance. Eligible bidders must demonstrate a robust nationwide delivery network with at least ten years of experience in the industry and a significant client portfolio exceeding fifty organizations. Mandatory requirements include registration with relevant tax authorities and the submission of a bid security. The selection will be conducted following the single stage one envelope bidding procedure and least cost based selection technique. Interested service providers must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026.
