Description / Scope of Work
"The National Grid Company of Pakistan in Sheikhupura, Punjab invites sealed bids for the construction of allied civil works at the 220KV Grid Station located within the Quaid-e-Azam Business Park. This comprehensive infrastructure project encompasses the development of critical security and utility facilities, including the construction of a robust boundary wall with a main gate, six strategically placed watch towers, security barracks, and a dedicated reception office. The scope further extends to essential site development works such as the installation of a patrolling path, six-meter wide internal roads, a complete sewerage system with septic tanks, and an integrated water supply network. Eligible contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-3 or above with specialized codes CE 01, 09, and 10. Applicants are required to demonstrate significant experience in similar civil works with a total project value of at least 338 million Rupees. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS portal by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, accompanied by a bid security of 7.0 million Rupees.
