The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed quotations for the procurement and installation of carpet tiles for the Aman CED Finance LAB at the IBA Main Campus. The project scope includes providing and fixing approximately 1,400 square feet of high-quality carpet tiles, specifically 100% nylon pile fiber with a 5mm pile height and PVC secondary backing. Preferred brands include Venus, Pak Carpets, or an approved equivalent in 50cm by 50cm dimensions. Interested bidders are required to conduct a mandatory site visit on 30 April 2026 and must provide physical samples for quality approval before the order is finalized. Payment terms include a crossed cheque following delivery and final inspection, with liquidity damages of 2% per month applicable for any delays. All government taxes and a 0.35% stamp duty on the total purchase order value will be applied. Technical and financial quotations must be submitted to the Purchase Department no later than 12:00 PM on 4 May 2026
