A.I. Accessories, Lab Chemicals, IT Equipment and Printing Materials Procurement by Directorate of Breed Improvement

The Directorate of Breed Improvement, Livestock & Dairy Development Department, Government of the Punjab invites sealed bids from registered firms, companies, sole distributors and importers for procurement of artificial insemination accessories and related items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement scope includes A.I. sheaths, A.I. gloves, laboratory chemicals, IT equipment and printing materials with a total development budget of Rs. 59.52 million. The A.I. Section is located inside UVAS Hostels on Outfall Road, Lahore, Punjab. This is a framework agreement arrangement designed to ensure consistent supply of critical materials for livestock breeding improvement programs across the province during the specified financial year.

Bidders must be engaged in trading or manufacturing of the relevant items and hold valid registration with appropriate tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. A bid security guarantee equal to two percent of the estimated cost for each lot must be provided in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee made out to the Director, Breed Improvement, L&DD Punjab. Bidders must submit authorization letters from manufacturing firms in cases of dealership arrangements. Minimum three-year business history and supply order details for the preceding three years are mandatory. For printed materials, bidders must hold registration with the Punjab Printing Press. Samples of all items including A.I. sheaths, gloves and printed materials must be submitted at the time of technical bid opening.

The tender closes on 11 August 2026 at 16:00 PM with technical proposal opening scheduled for 12 August 2026 at 16:30 PM and financial proposal opening on the same day.
