The Large Taxpayers Office Islamabad in Islamabad, Federal Government invites interested parties to a public auction for the sale of immovable property belonging to a tax defaulter. This re-advertised proclamation involves the sale of 527 Kanals and 10 Marlas of land located at Mauza Kathar Sharqi, Angori Road, Tehsil Murree, District Rawalpindi. The auction is being conducted in accordance with the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 and Income Tax Rules 2002 to recover a significant tax default amount of over 26 billion Rupees. The public auction is scheduled to take place at Plot Number 20, Mauve Area, G-9/1, Islamabad. Prospective bidders can obtain the mandatory application forms for participation and review the relevant terms and conditions during standard office hours from the Deputy Commissioner Inland Revenue. The event will commence promptly at 11:00 AM on 07 May 2026. Please note that the Federal Board of Revenue reserves the right to reject or decline any bid without disclosing any specific reason or explanation.
