The Directorate of Property and Land at the Pakistan Railways Headquarters in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the commercial leasing of sixteen specific Pakistan Railways sites. This procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope process targeting commercial property developers, real estate companies, and construction firms interested in developing commercial plazas. The lease period is set for twenty-one years, with an option for a further twenty-one-year extension and a stipulated annual rent increase of eight percent compound. Successful bidders will be granted a two-year mobilization period from the date of possession. Eligibility extends to firms, joint ventures, and authorized consultants or architects possessing a valid letter of understanding from a development company. Financial requirements include a one-time non-refundable commitment fee and advance first-year annual rent payable within fifteen days of the Letter of Intent issuance. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 15 May 2026, which is also the final deadline for bid submission at 14:00 hours, followed by the bid opening at 14:30 hours on the same day.
