The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from reputable professional firms for the comprehensive valuation of the company's fixed assets as of June 30, 2026. This extensive project scope encompasses a wide variety of assets including freehold and leasehold land, buildings, gas transmission pipelines, distribution systems, compressors, telecommunication equipment, plant and machinery, motor vehicles, and specialized computer software. The selected valuator will be responsible for the survey, identification, physical verification, and assessment of the current condition and remaining useful life of these assets. To be eligible, bidders must be enlisted on Panel 1 and Panel 2 of the latest Pakistan Banks Association approved list and maintain an active status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026. The assignment requires the submission of draft reports within twelve weeks of the start date, followed by five finalized hard copies and digital versions in MS Excel format for the organization's records.
