Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Department in Peshawar, KPK invites electronic bids for infrastructure and beautification works at the Civil Officer Mess Peshawar. This project, registered under ADP No.359/220744, specifically involves the provision of air conditioning units, LED televisions, furniture, and various allied accessories. The procurement is being conducted via the E-PADS system under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring bidders to be enlisted in PEC category C6 or above. Interested eligible firms must submit a two percent bid security of the estimated cost along with a non-refundable tender fee. Additional security requirements apply for bids quoted between ten and twenty percent below the engineer's estimate. All participating contractors must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Technical proposals are scheduled to be opened on 18 May 2026 at 12:30 PM, immediately following the submission deadline at 12:00 PM. Financial bids will be opened following the approval of technical evaluations.
