Description / Scope of Work
The Town Municipal Corporation Lyari in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic bids through the EPADS system for the supply of furniture, printed and un-printed stationery, and various office items for its Information Department. The scope of work includes a diverse range of equipment such as a Nikon Coolpix P1000 camera, revolving chairs, executive tables with side racks, seven-seater sofas, iron almirahs, and computer workstations. Additionally, the tender covers essential office supplies including file covers, file boards, signature pens, and large quantities of A4 and legal-sized computer paper. The total estimated cost for this procurement is approximately 2.5 million Rupees. Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and possess a valid NTN certificate. Furthermore, bidders must demonstrate a track record of completing similar assignments within the last five years. Interested parties are required to upload their technical and financial proposals, along with a five percent bid security, via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at the Office of the Director Information in Lyari.
