Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of various furniture items for its School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS), Directorates, and NIPS at the H-12 Campus. The extensive scope of work includes providing faculty tables, revolving chairs, steel benches, office workstations with CPU trolleys, sofa sets, notice boards, and wooden almirahs. Eligibility is restricted to reliable manufacturers and suppliers registered with the FBR for sales and income tax, active on the taxpayer list, and registered with the SECP. Bidders must provide a bid security equal to three percent of the total quoted value and a minimum one-year warranty for all supplied items. The delivery and installation timeline is strictly set between four to six weeks from the issuance of the purchase order. Technical evaluations will consider the firm's capacity, in-house design capabilities, and previous similar projects. All proposals must be submitted through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
