PPHI Sindh in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from experienced insurance providers for the procurement of health insurance services for its employees and their eligible family members. As a non-profit organization registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, PPHI Sindh is seeking a one-stage two-envelope bidding process to cover a total of 13,771 employees and 47,091 family members. Interested bidders can obtain the complete set of bidding documents from the PPHI Sindh Head Office in Clifton upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,000 Rupees via pay order. The bid security is set at 2% of the total bid value and must be submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft along with the technical proposal. All proposals must be submitted to the Manager Procurement at the Clifton office by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, 19 May 2026, where they will be publicly opened at 3:00 PM the same day.
