Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (Ministry of Commerce) invites applications for prequalification of insurance and reinsurance brokers under reference P57728 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a non-consulting services procurement through a single stage, one envelope bidding process. The prequalification exercise is open to international applicants and aims to establish a roster of qualified service providers who will be eligible to participate in subsequent invitation to bid proceedings. The selected prequalified applicants will be invited to submit formal bids for the provision of insurance and reinsurance brokerage services to the company, with contract agreements to be signed following the competitive bidding process.
The prequalification process is open to all international applicants subject to fulfillment of eligibility requirements as detailed in the prequalification documents. All prospective applicants are required to obtain and review the complete prequalification documents available through the ePADS v2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/57728. Applicants should verify all qualification criteria, required certifications, financial standing requirements, and experience specifications before submitting their applications.
Applications must be prepared in strict accordance with the instructions provided in the prequalification documents and submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic opening of applications will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM.
