For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited seeks to establish a prequalified roster of insurance and reinsurance brokers for FY 2026-27 through a non-consulting services framework.
This is a roster-building exercise, not immediate procurement—successful prequalification opens access to future competitive bidding rounds. International brokers are welcome. The lengthy closure date (August 2026) suggests deliberate planning rather than urgency. Scale appears medium to large given the national reinsurance entity involved. Key strategic value lies in getting on the approved vendor list; actual service contracts follow separate competitive processes.
Who can bid: International applicants are explicitly eligible. Specific eligibility criteria (financial thresholds, certifications, experience standards) are detailed in the prequalification documents on ePADS v2.0 and must be reviewed before application. Typically, brokers must hold valid regulatory licenses from State Bank of Pakistan or relevant insurance authority, possess NTN and SECP registration if operating in Pakistan, and demonstrate financial stability.
