The EXIM Bank of Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from reputable authorized dealers and distributors for the procurement of IT hardware, specifically including laptops, printers, and scanners. This tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules of 2004. The bank seeks to enhance its technological infrastructure with high-quality equipment to support its financial operations. Eligible bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax and must provide an authorized partnership or dealership certificate from the original equipment manufacturer. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the bank's office or downloaded from the official websites of the bank and PPRA. A bid security of 2 percent of the total bid price is required. Proposals must be delivered to the bank's head office at the Evacuee Trust Complex no later than 11:00 AM on 19 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
