The Mineral Resources Department in Muzaffarabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids on an open competitive basis under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the provision of equipment for resource mapping and exploration map updating in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The required scope of supply includes one Portable XRF Analyzer with advanced analytical features, including a premium SDD detector, integrated camera system, and comprehensive software for simultaneous element analysis ranging from magnesium to uranium. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the relevant tax authorities. Bids must be submitted to the Directorate of Mineral Resources near AIMS Hospital Ambore in Muzaffarabad no later than 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM, while financial proposals must include a bid security of 360,000 Rupees in the form of a CDR or pay order. Bidders must ensure their submissions comply with all requirements outlined in the bidding document.
