Description / Scope of Work
The College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various general store and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of the tender includes the supply of stationery, cleaning materials, electrical items, and other essential hardware needed for the administrative and academic operations of the institution. Bidders must be reputable suppliers or authorized dealers registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and must be present on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement process will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per the applicable public procurement rules. Interested parties can obtain the detailed tender documents and specifications from the procurement office during official working hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as specified in the tender document. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the college office no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, where they will be opened in the presence of bidders at 11:30 AM on the same day.
