Description / Scope of Work
The National Registration and Database Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and authorized dealers for the supply of various operational items for the financial year 2024-25. The scope of procurement includes a wide range of stationery products, miscellaneous office supplies, and computer-related items required for regional operations. This tender process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. A bid security of 50,000 Rupees is mandatory for each category and must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. Detailed bidding documents, including specific item lists and evaluation criteria, can be collected from the regional head office in Karachi during regular business hours for a non-refundable fee. All completed bids must be delivered to the NADRA Regional Head Office no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
