Repair and Renovation of Office and Residential Buildings

The Regional Tax Office in Sahiwal, Punjab invites electronic bids through the EPADS system for the miscellaneous repair and renovation of office and residential buildings. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and procurement authorities and submit a bid security equal to 5 percent of the bid value. All interested parties must upload their technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026. Bids will be opened publicly in the conference room of the RTO Sahiwal at 02:30 PM on the same day in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules.
