The Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for major civil works under the Multiyear Tariff procurement plan for FY 2025-26. The project, identified as NCB-231, involves the construction of a 132kV transmission line spanning 18.4 kilometers to feed the Lillah Grid Station, specifically involving an in-and-out configuration from the 132 kV Pakistan Cement Factory to Noorpur Sethi. The estimated cost of the project is approximately 59 million Rupees. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 system as manual bids will not be entertained. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid security as specified in the bidding documents and must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
