Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the construction of a 132kv Transmission Line for the Lillah Grid Station. The project scope involves the development of an 18.4 km line featuring an in-and-out configuration from the 132 kV Pakistan Cement Factory to Noorpur Sethi. This civil works procurement is funded under the Multiyear Tariff with an estimated cost of approximately 59 million Rupees. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and utilizes the Least Cost Based Selection technique. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Additionally, firms must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 portal as manual submissions will not be accepted. A bid security or a bid securing declaration is mandatory for participation. Interested contractors must submit their electronic proposals via the EPADS system no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
