Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) in Multan, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for various sewerage and sanitation infrastructure projects aimed at improving the urban drainage system. The scope of work includes the replacement of outlived sewerage lines, the desilting of major sewer mains, and the maintenance of disposal stations across different zones of Multan city. These projects are critical for enhancing public health and preventing urban flooding during the monsoon season. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and codes. Additionally, bidders must be registered on the Punjab EPADS portal to participate in the electronic bidding process. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules. A bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt is required as specified for each work. All technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the EPADS website by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
