The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed bids for the auction and sale of various types of raddi or waste paper for the financial year 2025-26. The inventory available for auction includes approximately 192,755 kilograms of answer copies from matric and intermediate examinations, 25,581 kilograms of award and roll number parts, and 7,740 kilograms of miscellaneous waste including question papers, cloth, and cardboard. This auction is conducted on an as-is-where-is basis through a single stage single envelope bidding process. Interested firms must be registered with relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and provide a professional tax certificate for the year 2024-25. The total estimated value of the waste paper is over 10 million Rupees, requiring a five percent bid security of 517,054 Rupees in the form of a bank guarantee or CDR. Successful bidders are responsible for all packing, weighing, and transportation costs. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the Secretary of BISE Bahawalpur by 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026.
