Description / Scope of Work
The Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage in Sukkur, Sindh invites experienced and technically proficient firms to submit online bids for two distinct projects via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). The first tender focuses on the remaining work for the Main Road, including carpeting, parking, and steps toward the tower, with an estimated cost of 20.382 million Rupees. The second tender involves the supply, installation, and fixing of furniture for the Boys Hostel (Hostel III), valued at approximately 18.590 million Rupees. Both projects have a completion period of three months. Eligible bidders must possess active NTN, GST, and SRB registrations, as well as valid PEC registration certificates where applicable. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Interested firms must submit separate bids for each tender along with the required bid security—510,000 Rupees for the road work and 465,000 Rupees for the furniture project—and a 5,000 Rupee processing fee. All proposals must be submitted through the SPPRA EPADS portal no later than 02:30 PM on 18 May 2026.
