Description / Scope of Work
The Cotton Research Station, Ayub Agricultural Research Institute in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the construction of an office room and seed store located at Chak No. 405-JB, Sada Arianya Wala, Toba Tek Singh. This civil works project is essential for supporting regional cotton experiments and involves an estimated total cost of approximately 4 million Rupees. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive construction activities including excavation, anti-termite treatment, pacca brickwork, RCC roofing with specialized waterproofing, porcelain tile flooring, and complete electrical installations such as recessed PVC wiring and NEECA-approved fixtures. Eligible contractors must be active taxpayers registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and possess verifiable experience in similar construction projects within the last three years. A bid security of 80,000 Rupees is required with the submission. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) portal.
