Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services at GE Army I Malir Cantt, Sindh, invites applications for the pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various maintenance and construction works. The extensive scope of work includes the repair and roof treatment of miscellaneous buildings, decoration and Sui Gas technical contracts, internal electrical works, and general renovation of officer and soldier accommodations. Additionally, the tender covers the supply of Bazar Supply Material for both E&M and B&R items, as well as the auction of scrap and unserviceable store materials. Firms enlisted with MES in categories A through E are eligible to apply, provided they hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council. Non-enlisted firms must provide a documented history of work executed over the last two years. Bidders must ensure their applications are received by 11:50 AM on 20 May 2026, as technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day. All proceedings are conducted in accordance with the PPRA Rules 2004.
