Description / Scope of Work
The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites sealed bids through the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement platform for the supply of durable goods to NAVTTC. This is a competitive open bidding process conducted under the Single-Stage-Two-Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) methodology, in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and all applicable regulations and instructions issued by the Authority. The procurement is being conducted through the EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform. All eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to participate in this procurement process.
Bidders must be duly registered on the EPADS v2.0 system at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ to submit their bids. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the Bid Security Section of the Bidding Documents, submitted in the form of a Pay Order in favor of NAVTTC Fund. The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
E-bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day, Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Further details regarding Rules 45 of Public Procurement Rules 2004 Governance Redressal Committee (GRC) are available on EPADS v2.9 and the Authority's website at www.ppra.org.pk.
