The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of high quality milk pouch reels intended for use at the UVAS Milk Parlor located at the Ravi Campus in Pattoki. This government tender, identified by reference number 0056/2025-26, requires the supply of approximately 2,500 kilograms of food grade paper reels. Each reel must meet strict technical specifications including a grammage of 92 to 95 grams per square meter and a net weight between 18 and 24 kilograms. Bidders are required to provide food grade certification and material reports from a recognized laboratory. Participation is strictly through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Interested firms must be active tax payers with at least three years of experience and a proven track record of similar supplies to public sector organizations.
