Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Development Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for various maintenance, repair, and infrastructure development works within its jurisdiction for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of work includes the rehabilitation of major roads, repair of sewerage lines, and the maintenance of public parks and green belts under the Engineering Wing of the LDA. Additionally, the project involves the renovation of administrative buildings and the improvement of street lighting systems in various housing schemes managed by the authority. These works are aimed at enhancing the urban infrastructure and providing better facilities to the citizens of Lahore. Eligible contractors must be currently enlisted with the LDA or the Punjab Communication and Works Department and must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidding documents with complete technical specifications and terms can be obtained from the office of the Director Engineering. All interested parties must submit their sealed technical and financial proposals in accordance with the prescribed rules by the deadline of 23 May 2026.
