The Military Lands and Cantonments Department in Attock, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the provision of a comprehensive sewerage line and drainage system, alongside the construction of PCC streets in Khoi Street, Attock Cantonment. The scope of work for this civil engineering project includes the excavation and laying of sewerage pipes, construction of manholes, and the laying of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) for durable street paving to improve local sanitation and infrastructure. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Military Lands and Cantonments Department and possess a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the current financial year. Bidding is conducted through a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Interested firms must also be active taxpayers with valid NTN and PNTN registrations. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than the submission deadline on 26 May 2026.
