Provision of Sewerage line / Drainage system and PCC Streets In Younas Street Attock Cantt

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department in Attock, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the provision of a comprehensive sewerage line and drainage system alongside the construction of PCC streets in Younas Street, Attock Cantonment. The project involves critical infrastructure development including excavation, laying of sewerage pipes, manhole construction, and durable Plain Cement Concrete street paving to improve local sanitation and traffic flow. This procurement is being conducted through a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Military Lands and Cantonments Department and possess a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for the current financial year. Additionally, participating firms must be active taxpayers with valid NTN and PNTN registrations. All technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the standard bidding documents and submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than the submission deadline of 26 May 2026.
