Description / Scope of Work
The Military Lands and Cantonments Department in Attock, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the provision of a comprehensive sewerage line and drainage system, alongside the construction of PCC streets in Mandar Street, Attock Cantonment. The scope of work for this civil infrastructure project includes excavation, the laying of high-quality sewerage pipes, construction of manholes, and durable Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) street paving to enhance local sanitation and urban mobility. This procurement is being conducted through a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure and is managed electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible contractors must be currently registered with the Military Lands and Cantonments Department and hold a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for the 2025-26 financial year. Additionally, participating firms must be active taxpayers with valid NTN and PNTN registrations. All technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the standard bidding documents and submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than the submission deadline of 26 May 2026.
