Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for multiple infrastructure development and renovation projects across the Rawalpindi Division. The scope of work includes providing side drains on both sides of the railway track between Rawalpindi and Nur Stations, the renovation of Hassanabdal Railway Station, and the replacement of CGI sheets for various shops at the CDL Workshop in Rawalpindi. Additionally, the tender covers special repair group works for various residential quarters and bungalows within the sections of IOW-I and IOW-II Rawalpindi. These projects aim to enhance operational safety and improve the living conditions of railway personnel. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and maintain active filer status with the Federal Board of Revenue. All bidding must be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 22 May 2026.
