Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency in Chiniot, Punjab invites sealed e-bids from eligible firms and contractors for the comprehensive improvement of the sewerage system within the district. This large-scale infrastructure project has an estimated cost of 51,786,000 Rupees and involves the rehabilitation and expansion of existing sewerage lines to improve urban sanitation and wastewater management. The scope of work includes excavation, pipe laying, and the construction of related civil structures as per the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority, while maintaining an active filer status. Bidding is conducted through a single-stage, single-envelope procedure exclusively via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals, along with the required bid security in the form of a CDR or Pay Order, through the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 23 May 2026.
