Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency in Pakpattan, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the replacement of sewer pipe lines specifically within Zone A and Zone C. This essential infrastructure project focuses on the rehabilitation of the urban drainage network to ensure efficient wastewater management and prevent system failures in key residential and commercial areas of the city. The scope of work includes the excavation of old damaged lines, the supply and laying of high-quality replacement sewer pipes, and the reconstruction of manholes according to approved engineering designs and technical specifications. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority, while maintaining an active filer status. Bidding is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal, and participants must provide a construction schedule within one week of project acceptance. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS platform no later than the deadline of 23 May 2026.
