Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Works and Implementation, Sports & Youth Affairs in Peshawar, KPK invites technical and financial bids for the procurement of gym and fitness equipment, cricket ground equipment, and furniture items. This tender is part of the ADP Scheme for the development and rehabilitation of various playing facilities across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement is divided into multiple sub-heads, specifically targeting the Hayatabad Sports Complex in Peshawar and the D.I. Khan Sports Complex. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR, hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and be listed on the Active Taxpayer List. A bid security of 2% in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt is required. Detailed bidding documents and BOQs are available for download via the EPADS portal. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13 May 2026 to address technical queries. All electronic bids must be submitted through the system no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026.
